I’m off to Emerald City Writers’ Conference today, but I’ll leave you with this kick ass new concept motorcycle design recently revealed by BMW.  BMW claims the bike will be so intelligent and self-balancing, that riders will not need to wear a helmet, but will instead wear only a lightweight visor as eye protection. The visor will also give the rider information about the road ahead, their speed, etc.

I can’t help but think of Cyvin, in Augury. He’d be glad not to wear a helmet, but he also might find the idea of a high-speed ride less enticing without that inherent element of danger that motorcycles possess. Regardless, this looks pretty sweet, right?
