Alone in a strange city, Leah is forced to find safety among a group of Civilized Immortals she’s never met and isn’t sure she can trust. When her alignment with them presents the opportunity to help the rest of her kind, Leah must also find the courage to face fears bigger than a bunch of polite vampires.
But something isn’t right: Leah can’t sleep, can’t eat and can’t think of anything other than Drake’s pervasive absence as he negotiates for custody of his seven-year-old cousin. With no word, and no contact, Leah is at her wits’ end. And just when she thinks things can’t get any worse, they do. Big time.
DRIFT is the third book in the Shift Series. In DRIFT, the scene is being set for the final book–STAND. Readers get to meet new characters and see new sides of both Leah and Drake as they traverse new, unpredictable and rapidly-changing waters, together and apart. I’ll be posting deleted scenes and outtakes, as well as the playlist, character studies, etc, as the weeks pass, so stay tuned.
